Prior to that, for 40 years we sold almost every car through print media. The question we are always asked "How do you find all of these incredible cars?"The answer is simple. We have been collecting the best of the best since 1960! During these past 56 yearswe have met 1000's and 1000's of wonderful guys & girls who love this hobby as much as we do. Unfortunatelymany have and do pass away and when they do the families call us. We never try to just "Make a sale" because a sale is usually a one time event. Instead, we do our best to "Make a customer" because a customer is forever and that's a VERY good thing in business. This car has been driven a total of 3,748 miles since delivered new in 2005!That equates to an average of 268 miles a year!IMPORTANT...OVER 80 photos and hi-definition videos....give them time to load in your computer.Do not try and view this auction on a cell phone....way too much information...you need a laptop or desk top computer.Scroll all the way down until the copy ends...that is where you can see the photos. My son & I attended this event in 2016 at Pebble Beach (check out the photo)In 2016 August a special special will bring together every GT40champion at the upcoming Pebble Beach weekend in Northern California.Pebble Beach bringing together every Ford GT40 championLE MANS RACE-WINNING GT40S HUMBLE AND RUMBLE AT PEBBLE BEACH In 1966, Ford GT40s accomplished the astounding feat of finishing 1-2-3 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, ending a six-year winning streak by Ferrari and settling a grudge held by Henry Ford over a snub from Enzo Ferrari. The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance celebrates the 50th anniversary of the historic victory with an astounding feat of its own: bringing together every Ford GT40 that won a major international race and displaying them during the 66th edition of the world-famous celebration of automotive history.Ford’s 1966 win at Le Mans was the first for an American constructor, but it would not be the last. GT40s went on to victory at Le Mans in 1967, ’68 and ’69, as well as racking up wins in such venues as Daytona, Watkins Glen, Sebring, Rheims, Monterey, Silverstone, Snetterton, Spa, Monza, Kyalami, Nürburgring and Zeltweg. All of the GT40s that won those legendary races will be at Pebble Beach for the August 21, 2016 concours, the organizers said. Along with the great cars, many of their great drivers also will be present, including Chris Amon, Dan Gurney, Jacky Ickx, David Hobbs, Brian Redman and Jackie Stewart.“This is an unprecedented gathering, one that has excited every member of our Selection Committee and one that promises to make history in its own right,” concours chairman Sandra Button said in a news release.Edsel B. Ford II, board chairman of Ford Motor Company, said he is especially excited about the GT40 gathering because he was there when Ford’s three endurance racers crossed the finish line at Le Mans.“Fifty years have scarcely dimmed the momentous achievement of the designers, mechanics and drivers who swept the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans for Ford,” Ford said. “I attended that race with my father, and the thrill of that day remains vivid in my mind.“This is but one among the many victories from that golden era that will be celebrated by the historic gathering of cars and drivers that the Pebble Beach Concours is bringing together this August. We are all looking forward to the event with great anticipation. We have over 1,000 Positive Feedbacks, most are for Vintage cars or late model "SuperCars" In actuality, we have sold over 3000 vintage cars since March of 2000! Is buying a collectible car really a good investment? ABSOLUTELY...but you MUST invest in the right car with the right provenance (history) This Ford GT which is in PRISTINE Condition is a PLATINUM investment car. Priced just under $300,000will only increase in value. If you buy one that has really never been driven (under 100 miles) all you willbe able to do is to park it in your garage and look at it. That's no fun. This car has been driven and enjoyed for an averageof 268 miles a year....Now it's your turn!!! I drove it 35 miles today and I can't get the grin off of my face. Almost better than great sex. I stopped countingthe thumbs up and shouts after 100 and that was before I reached the Florida Turnpike. This is the one you have been waiting for.....it's privately owner, it's "in the wrapper" and I rarely ever use thisword....but "It's Perfect!" The two new Ford GT40's were sold for over $1,500,000 and they had an MSRP of approx. $450,000.Ford sued and won and both parties had to give all the profit they made to charity and pay Ford's legal expensesto enforced the agreement every owner had to sign at time of purchase....they agreed NOT to sell their new GT40 for 2 years. I know personally one of the two guys that violated Ford's iron clad agreement. He asked me to sell his car for him andI politely declined. I expressed my feelings that in no way would we be involved in a sale that would bring Ford'slawyers knocking on our front doors. He didn't heed my advice and the results were not pretty... Since 1969 no investment has kept pace with the rise of the right collectible cars.NONE!Please call me at 954-873-6495 and I will share with you my 60 years of knowledge of buying, selling, collectingand trading vintage cars and late model supercars. 2005 Ford Mustang GT Ford Mustang GT - Cams, headers, GT500 front end conversion, only 36K miles!

2005 Ford GTVIN: 1ZVFT82H955147671Listing Date: 2019/02/26
Price: $XX,499.0Mileage: XX,100Location: Canton,OH,USA

Up for sale is my 2005 Mustang GT. I'm the original owner and ordered the car back in October of 2004 and took delivery in January 2005. It's has a GT500 front end conversion, Cervinis 2.5" cowl hood with Shelby hood pins. 18 inch chrome wheels with new Nitto tires installed 8 months ago. As far as performance goes, it has Ford racing hotrod cams, kooks long tube headers, Pipes violators mufflers, TCI 3000 stall torque converter, JLT cold air intake, streeda under drive pulleys, 4.10 Ford racing gears, strange adjustable rear shocks, BMR lower control arms, and I'm sure I missed a thing or two. Has 35,624 miles on it with a automatic transmission. The car is mechanically sound and can be driven anywhere. With the cams, it idles and sounds like a 60's Mustang. To hear a video of it and see a walk around, you can check out either of the YouTube videos:https://youtu.be/Yc-usi_2Mz4 https://youtu.be/A364juoBy2o The car sounds amazing and is a true head turner. I'm only selling it to help fund my next vehicle, otherwise I'd still hang onto it. As you can see in the photos, there is absolutely no rust what so ever on the car and it has been garage kept it's whole life. It has never seen snow and has only been caught in the rain 4 times or so since I've had it. There are a couple of small rock chips on the hood that have been touched up, one small chip on the driver side fender that has been touched up as well. There are no scratches, nor any ding's or dents on the car. The analog gas gauge does not always read correctly, but the digital gas gauge is fully functional. On cold starts, it does rev a little high for the first 10-15 seconds sometimes. This is due to the cams / tune. It does not affect drivability what so ever though and settles down to 650 rpms once it warms up and the fluids circulate. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have. It's been an amazing car and a great experience and I'd like to see her go to a good home. The auction is no reserve, and I will not entertain any offers for less than the starting price. Full payment due within 7 days of auction end. You are more than welcome to come and inspect the car prior to the auction ending. Good luck with bidding!
